  • “Formal. No jargon. Dry humour is allowed.”
  • “Funny, make some jokes here and there. Don’t be afraid to use technical terms and acronyms, the reader will be aware of those.”

Article structure guidelines

Any instructions and guidelines you want to provide the writer engine. You can also instruct the writer to use WordPress shortcodes and other “magic elements” in this field.

Examples:

  • “This landing page will be published on a Swedish loan comparison website that wants to help consumers make smart financial decisions. Each section should be 150-250 words longs (hard requirement) with this exception(!!): H1 section (i.e. the first section) should be only 1 sentence long(!!). Aim for 10 sections total.”
  • “You are working on a blog post that will be published on a self care niche site. Aim for 5 sections, 100-300 words per section. Use this WordPress shortcode once or twice in the content: [promoted_products]. Note that it needs to be added to a separate line. Near the end of the page, add this shortcode: [related_articles].”
  • “Aim for 8 sections, around 150 words each. Throw in at least 2 unexpected section titles to keep the reader engaged. Use a lot of lists, it’s ok for a section to be 90% of lists.”
  • “You are writing a comparison article / review about 2 smartphones. I will give you all the technical details about the devices in the Source Material section. Think of important areas where the devices should be compared, and decide a winner for each area. Try to think of 5 areas to compare, adding a couple of filler sections, so around 8 sections total for the page. In the last section, decide which device is better i.e. the winner of the comparison.”
