3. Service Description

Aksu.ai is an advanced Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that empowers users to generate high-quality content through the use of artificial intelligence. This content can include articles, blog posts, and landing pages, tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of our users. Additionally, Aksu.ai offers an optional feature that allows users to automatically publish the generated content to their WordPress sites via seamless integration with the WordPress REST API. Each content generation operation utilizes credits, which can be conveniently purchased in bulk to suit the varying needs of our diverse user base.

4. User Registration

To access the full range of services offered by Aksu.ai, users are required to complete a registration process. This process involves providing essential information, including the user’s name, email address, and a secure password. This information is crucial for creating and managing user accounts, ensuring that each user has secure and personalized access to our platform. By registering, users agree to provide accurate and current information, and to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

5. Payment and Credits

Aksu.ai operates on a credit-based payment system. Users can purchase credits through the “Credits/Billing” page after logging in to their accounts. The number of credits required for each content generation operation is specified on the platform, and users can purchase credits in bulk to enjoy greater flexibility and cost savings. The pricing details for credits are displayed on the “Credits/Billing” page and are subject to change based on market conditions and company policies. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly for the most up-to-date pricing information. Please note that all purchases of credits are final, and no refunds will be provided for unused credits.

6. Usage Terms

Users of Aksu.ai must adhere to the following usage terms to ensure a positive and lawful experience for all. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, engaging in illegal activities, scraping data, and any form of misuse of our service. Users must ensure that their use of Aksu.ai complies with all applicable laws and regulations. The generated content should not include material that is illegal, hateful, racist, sexist, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these usage terms.

7. Fair Usage Policy

At Aksu.ai, we are committed to providing a high-quality and reliable service for all users. To ensure that all users have fair access to our resources, we expect users to avoid any misuse or overuse of our services. Excessive use by a single user may impact the quality of service for others. Users are encouraged to purchase credits in amounts that align with their professional needs and business size.

Our monitoring systems detect and prevent automated or robotic behavior to maintain the integrity and quality of our service. Sharing account login details for monetary gain or any other unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. Each account is intended for individual use, and sharing an account with multiple users is not allowed.

Be aware that unusually high usage or sharing of login details may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Prohibited Uses

Users may only use Aksu.ai for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
  • Exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors by exposing them to inappropriate content.
  • Transmitting or procuring the sending of unsolicited promotional material, including “spam.”
  • Impersonating Aksu.ai, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • Infringing upon the rights of others, or engaging in illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or that may harm Aksu.ai or users of the Service.

Our AI service provider prohibits the generation of sexual, religious, and political content. Users are strictly prohibited from generating such content. Attempts to generate prohibited content will result in an “Unsafe Content” error message. Repeated attempts will lead to subscription cancellation and a permanent ban from using our services, with no refunds issued.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Aksu.ai is committed to protecting user privacy. We collect user details and usage data to provide and improve our services. All user data is securely protected and stored on our servers, which comply with EU data protection regulations. We do not share user data with third parties, except as required by law or to provide the service. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect user data, and we encourage users to review this policy to understand their rights and our obligations.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

Aksu.ai’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Users acknowledge that Aksu.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content generated by the AI.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Aksu.ai harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from violations of these Terms, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any unlawful conduct. 12. Termination

Users have the right to permanently delete their account and all related data at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for unused credits. Aksu.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts if users violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. The process for termination or suspension includes notifying the user of the violation and providing an opportunity to rectify the issue. In cases of severe violations, immediate termination may be necessary to protect the integrity of the service.

13. Amendments

Any changes to these Terms will be communicated to users via email. Users who do not accept the changes may discontinue using Aksu.ai. Continued use of the service after the changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any updates or modifications.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Aksu.ai will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Finland. The standard terms for dispute resolution in Finland will apply, ensuring a fair and efficient resolution process. Users agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration, waiving their right to pursue claims through the court system, except where such a waiver is prohibited by law.
